1. DNI/DNIe Expiration Renewal (virtually).
- Allows for capturing a photo with the mobile application to perform facial biometric identity verification.
- Allows for taking a photo for the DNI/DNIe, following the recommended photography guidelines and models. Multiple photos can be taken and saved, then one can be selected and sent through the same DNI BIOFacial application.
- Complete the process on the RENIEC website, under the Online Services -> DNI/DNIe Expiration Renewal option.
- The process will be approved or rejected by RENIEC after verifying the photo (which must comply with the recommended guidelines indicated in the application) sent from the DNI BioFacial mobile app.

2. DNIe Photo Update (virtually).
- Allows for capturing a photo with the mobile application to perform facial biometric identity verification.
- Allows for taking a photo for the electronic DNI, following the recommended photography guidelines and models. Multiple photos can be taken and saved, then one can be selected and sent through the same DNI BIOFacial application.
- Updating the photo on your child(ren)'s yellow DNI requires prior facial biometric identity verification of the parent. Afterwards, complete your process on the RENIEC website, on the "Citizen Portal." To access it, you must authenticate with your DNIe and a Smart Card reader.

3. Duplicate and Change of Address (virtually).
- Allows for capturing a photo to perform facial biometric identity verification.
- Complete your process on the RENIEC website, under the Online Services -> "Duplicate DNI/DNIe" option, and for address change under the "Address Correction" option.

4. Digital Birth Registration (virtually).
- Step 1: Initiate the process on the RENIEC website, under Online Services -> "Digital Birth Registration." Here they will indicate when you should move to the DNI BIOFacial mobile application. Do not close the web application as you will need to return to complete your process.
- Step 2: Allows for capturing a photo to perform facial biometric identity verification of the declarants (Father/Mother) of a minor. The declarant can be either a "single mother" or "mother and father."
- Step 3: Return to complete your process on the web application for "Digital Birth Registration" that you left open in Step 1. In case it is closed, you should go to your email and access the link sent by RENIEC to continue your process.
- Step 4: The registration will be approved or rejected by RENIEC after verifying the submitted data and information.
